Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties
Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, USA, India, Canada: Customs fees and import taxes are not collected at checkout. They may be charged upon delivery by the local customs authority or delivery service and are payable by the recipient.
Germany and EU: All prices include applicable statutory VAT. No additional customs fees apply.
Note for customers in India: Customs clearance requires an officially recognized proof of identity and address (KYC documents) for the recipient. Without these documents, the shipment cannot be cleared through customs and delivered.
Return Shipping Costs
Germany and EU: Return shipping is free of charge for you.
Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, USA, India, Canada: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Currency and Payment
You pay in your local currency. Various local payment methods are available depending on your country.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered (e.g. due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel), it will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to determine the next steps (reshipment or refund).
